The six principles of centering, concentration, control, precision, breathing and flow of movement are at the heart of the training method. Joseph Pilates called his training "Contrology", which emphasizes the importance of Quality before quantity when practicing. Through the principle of centering, the movement begins in the center of the body, which Joseph H. Pilates called the "powerhouse". This is all the deep layers of muscles that surround the center of the body like a band. A strong powerhouse improves body alignment and is responsible for healthy movement. Our body feels more supple, is more defined and stronger - body awareness improves!

The classic method is based on fitness and teaches Pilates in its original form in individual training and in very small groups. In addition to the physical work on the mat, the exercises are also performed on special Pilates equipment that facilitate access to the movement system.
