What do you need for Pilates training?
Comfortable sportswear (as tight as possible, without zippers and buttons), socks if necessary, towel.
How often should you train?
Ideally 2 hours per week: 1 x mat training in a group, 1 x personal training.
I also recommend that you continue practicing at home.
What else should you bear in mind?
You should not eat any large meals 2 hours before training.
A maximum of something small and easily digestible can be eaten beforehand.
To protect the high-quality mats, please remove jewelry and watches before the start of training.
