What do you need for Pilates training?
Comfortable sportswear (if possible tight-fitting), IMPORTANT: without zippers and buttons!), socks (for hygienic reasons, preferably non-slip)

How often should you train in the gym?
Two hours per week are ideal and easily compatible with everyday life: e.g. 1 x mat training in a group, 1 x personal training.
You should also continue practicing at home. Pilates is a gentle movement method that can be practiced daily, e.g. just 10 minutes in the morning will invigorate your body and mind or a few exercises in the evening will relax you after a strenuous day.

What else should you bear in mind?
You should not eat any large meals 2 hours before training.
A maximum of something small and easily digestible can be eaten beforehand.

To protect the high-quality mats and for your own safety, please take off your jewelry and watches before the start of training or leave them at home.

So that you can concentrate fully on your training and so as not to disturb your fellow trainees, please switch your cell phone to silent mode.
